Shipping Policy

We use Royal Mail 1st Class Signed service in the UK and International Tracked and Signed where possible for the rest of the World.

We aim to dispatch within 1 business day.

UK delivery estimates 1 - 2 Business Days

International Orders vary country to country but Royal Mail aim to deliver within 7 - 10 business days.

Neither Royal Mail or ourselves can be held responsible for delays at Customs.

1874 Works cannot be held responsible for Delays or Damage caused by the carrier but will do our best to aid in helping you recover costs should this be required.

Your order will require a signature upon reciept, if you are not in when the item arrives the carrier should leave an instructions card, failing that contact your local carrier with your information, tracking number etc and they should be able to advise you on what to do next.

Customs

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs

By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please contact us before attempting the refund process... details are outlined below of the general terms of the refund procedure.

If the item/s are being returned due to not fitting or unsuitable then you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.

1)It is the customers responsibility for the item reaching us safely. I would advise having proof of postage.

2)If item/s are not in the condition that they left us in then we will not go through with the refund.

3) If we find that the condition of the item is acceptable then we will refund you to the account you paid for the original transaction.

4) The refund will be for the amount of the garment only. We cannot refund and are not responsible for postal charges.

5) Your items must be sent back within 3 days of you receiving the item, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We do not accept returns on Custom Orders.

We don't accept responsibility for the item/s being damaged in the post, you would have to contact the postal service for compensation.
